winky is 3months old now. attention seeker. nipsbut overall a wonderful lovable companion. the family loves her to bits, although sometimes, her nips got us irritated and we have to be fierce to her alittle.. love it when she calls her own name. Winky! makes us smile.

mum just gave us(my sis and i) our birthday present. well, she seldom give us presents so its really a pleasant surprise. I have actually ask her to get me a gold abacus pendant-kinda represent counting..kinda represent my work. so yep, she finally got it. and she won 2nd prize category for 4d too. lucky her. my sis and i actually request more gold from her so she might be able to win a bigger amount for the next bet.teehee.. excuses.

today the whole family(including the bfs of my sis and i) went to Chinese Garden for the last day of the moon cake festival. there's nothing much to talk about though, except a dare' that brandon request and i did it for an ice cream. love it when both of us just sit down by the basketball court, seeing the ids bouncing the ball, and us eating and exchanging ice cream.

still although weekends are short, but im cherishing every bit of the moment and time i have. doing and not doing things. getting prawns for bran's fish tank, wash bran's car while he is back to work on a sunday. trying to syco him to get a package-$600 unlimited manual car wash by me for a year,in my house car park. hehe. and i told him i might close down after 2weeks of car washing. haha im a scammer.

hoping weekdays would be like this more often...

recently, nope 2 months back, 29June2011, winky the she lovebird was born(i don know if its that accurate). well she is a big girl now. having lesser baby formula but still cant indepedantely feed on her own coulourful pallets. Im praying hard she will start feeding on those soon. t

Winky, the female cinnamon peach face lovebird was such a cute hyper, talkative lovebird. everyday after work, i will call out to her and she will will greet me with two happy chirps. but recently, she has been acting knda quite. no more 2 chirps and would prefer time alone in the cage more then outside like before. she would bite, nip hard, or 'pinch'. there are many times i feel like beating her. but i have to remind myself she is just a bird. no scolding or cane on her. i would talk to her. keep her company. but she would get tired and then bite again. I have trying to introduc treats to her. seeds, chilly, grapes, carrots. you name it.but she would refuse to touch any of it. How am i going to teach her tricks if she doesnt have her fav treats. sigh... Im helpless with her.

but no way i'm gonna give up. I will continue to find her fav food. I love u winky. Please stay healthy.
