All I ever think about is you
You got me hypnotized, so mesmerized
And I just got to know

next week end
Monday, July 27, 2009 9:51 AM

oh wow!, its next weekend already. time flies.. and then july would be gone.. and then i realise i have been staying home for sucha long time..

weekdays are like trying to do up my resumes, and sending out application seems like a hassle cos it take a dink hour to just send one resume. its really time consuming. and now i know why its hard to get a job now. ok.. im not rushing.. i'm not, im taking my own sweet time..but i realise i needa get one before my results comes out.

ok, back to the weekend.. what have i done..?
met up with my fraternal sides cousins. one just came back from his interns in Denmark or something for hald a year and we decided to go for some tea. hmm i drove them there though.. had to squeeze 5 adult rascals. not easy..
and then in the late afternoon, i took a bus down to meet dearest. seldom had to take a bus down to meet him but becos he is doing up his curtains, i shall not disturb him la..
dearest brought me down to tampinese one(first time) and was checking out wad the hoohaas is all about. and then.. theres nothing much to fancy actually. then we bring ourself to pasir ris to see the fishing area.. the fish one malay caught is big. kinda worth it if u catch like 2 to 3 that night. but i think its not easy..

Sunday.
slep late cos dearest and i ended staying up the whole night playing plants vs zombies. and myself was watching finding nemo abit.. we woke up for lunch, chicken rice at somewhere north. and upper pierce reservoir to catch crayfish.. hehe its fun.!

the little monster!!!

we caught 10 of them!!! haha and we even caught the smally ones. so small lke babies.. and they are all nesting int heir new home in dearest's room.. hopefully they dont crawl out.. they are really good in escaping. one actually cling its way out from the styroform box and luckly dearest saw it and manage to stop it in time. it was actually on the ground, making his way back to the sea.. poor thing.. anyway, these little ones can be eaten, but dearest and i are not keen to consume them yet..

i have new pets!!! 10 someone... will name them one day, and hopefully they don eat each other up..

till nex weekend!

another saturday
Saturday, July 18, 2009 11:58 PM

it was daddy's birthday, and my family and i went to some jap buffet for lunch. (come to think of it, i only had one meal that day) the buffet starts at 230 and we were kinda early so we went to the NTU plague to take some photos, my intention was to try out the camera though. i didn had a chance to play with it.

thats my happy family

we wont trying to pose..

the two greedy poke!

the happy birthday dad

went down Marina Shopping centre to meet dearest after lunch, he was with his fren for some audio fair thing. then we walk to suntec to look at the achade. and he ended up playind some shooting down sharks game. i wanna show dearest the achade in Bugis, so we walked down there and im stuck again.. spending $50 for catching the plushy thing. im so addicted to it! caught the four baby mickey and frens and the lucky prize is a brown minnie mouse.. not bad. oh and some sweets as well. i like that instant kick it gives me. making me feel excited and happy.

baby mickey and friends.

for the $50, i promise dearest to play pool with him. its like i don know since when i ever touch a pool stick. im not good at it at all and im not keen to play it since like poly year 2? but im fine playing with dearest cos nobody would see how ugly i look when i pay pool. sometimes, its the poise., but i can never get that pro poise that some girls get. anyway we ended up playing like 7 games and i won non...-_-

we slept late and woke up late and sleep again after lunch.. gosh.. i think im too old for over nights. i prefer beauty sleeps. anyway, i was late for my friend's daughter one month buffet. and when i got there, everyone are leaving. oh well..

thats us without the baby girl.

dearest came to pick me after and dinner and home..

till next weekend.....

Wednesday
i was inda excited on what to do after work and so i was telling gabriel i wanna go prawning and he was like ok and whenand i told him later. and he was like huh! haha so rush.. oh well. thats me la.. then i ask him to ask bran for me.. hehe im kinda scared to ask bran actually becos he know jolly well he had a hard time rejecting what i like to do. and im quite scared to asked him too.. scared he is tired.. anyway we ended up going to the birdpark one at 930 with venessa and gabriel.

i was teaching venessa how the prawns would react at the bottom of the pond while the two guys complain about the Company.. aiyah.. tats so much about the office. i think everyone is not very happy about it. including me.. manage to catch like 4. they didn refill the prawn at all.. anw. birdpark prawning is a nono. if its not becos its near pur place, i would not have gone there..

Saturday

this Saturday, we finally did something i wanna do for a long time.. we went fishing!!! actually its just jigging but im more then excited about it. i woke up at 715 and take a bus down to dearest place and he the little pig, was still sleeping.. anw, he was kinda relunctant to go fshing with me cos he need to check his rod which was rotting for more then 3 years on the shelve.after which,we went to get some sea worms and more jigs.

Bedok jetty was filled with people. the weather was quite fair that day until the late afternoon. i realise that fishing makes your hand strong, and fishing makes sun burnt in odd places... grrrr.. the weather was really good, very windy but then, it start to rain and we were so far away from shelter and we ended up strolling cos we were too tired to run. but luckier it was almost dinner time, so we washed up, packed and head down changi village for zi-cha.. yummy i like the zi cha there. alot and fresh and very yummy. after dinner, we walked abit in the flea market and went down pasir ris for prawning.. i think i had a fair catch that day. it was good for me la, in the first 15mins , we caught like 5 already, but nothing for the rest of the 1 hour..oh well...the prawn that day was small too.. irritating, keep swimming away with my food.

i hooked this fish in the eye.. gosh.. but we release him after that.

Sunday

Dearest and i head down for my sis birthday lunch at Jack's place.the standard kinda drop though.

Monday: the sister's NIE convocation.
finally, after 4 years of seeing her sleeping late at night, she is now a second upp graduate. im really glad her struggling days in school are over.. when will mine be?
Looking at her friends and her getting a stable job makes me wonder if im wasting my life now. i mean, im not really eager to find a spot in the society, i havent even prepare my resume at all and i was still thinking of heading oversea again with dearest for his birthday this coming August. my mum was saying if i have the money, the truth is, i have it, but theres one trip im saving up for at the end of the year and i wonder if i can even afford if im going to repeat another year in school. but still, its dearest special year so i think im gonna make it memorable somehow. and a trip seems to be a good idea..

back to the convocation, my parents were there and my mum was yawning throughout te whole speech by the minister. she cant understand what those big shots were talking and me? i was trialing my camera, hoping to get a good shot for the very far away seat i was at. but there was one speech from Benjamin that makes me almost teared and worth paying attention to. Now i know why he is good. and his speech do makes a big impact for the new batch of teachers out there.
there will be another convocation for my sis as an NTU graduate. it would be the big one and the final one before she leave her school with head high. seriously, the feeling of graduating with your friends is really good.. mine? nah.. we graduate different years.

Wednesday, July 01, 2009 11:34 PM

my trip was great. The company, the lovely weather, beautiful people and our little arguments here and there. It's an experience not to be missed. We had to compromise on our decisions.. im glad we made an effort to allow this trip to happen. its not as easy as buying the cheapo flight tix and thats it. i had my exams then and he had a load of stress going on with his work. we didnt plan a single thing at all.. and we did it like 1 week before we flew. everythng was uh-hmm, planned by me! and i wasnt happy about it.

the road trip, the accommodations, the attractions to go. its actually easy planning, but im greedy, i wanna cover most places in this 9days in oz. oh well, but it didnt much work out anyway..its the time though, and we both slept like pigs and only got to do most stuff almost in the late morning. and everythng closes and it turn dark by 5pm. so we only had the rest of the night shopping in the super market, cooking, watching their local shows and sleep.

daddy brought us to the airport at about 3plus. our first trip out to a cold cold country.

the aunt came to picked us up from the airport and we went back to her place. two dogs greeted us. i love both chubb and jess. they are so lovely. and check out the 5 budgy that the aunt wants bran to being home..they are a noiy bunch. i think theres only 1 male inside. we had normal oz breakfast- salad and hams, bread and tea. tea with honey.. its yummy! and we have that everyday.

we spend the 2nd day resting, sleeping quite uncomfortably becos its cold and im not use to it yet. and spending our time in the neighborhood at Gosnells. and we went to buy some persimmons and kiwi in the farm. sweet crunchy ones. love

so thats for the first day..

lucy the dog came running down from the hill and the seller had to tie her up. she is sucha hyper dog. cheerful and excited. and her fur is so soft.. must be the good weather in Perth.

at night, the aunt drove us down to Logan place, oh yea. Logan, we met him in the plane and he was chatting with bran non stop while i try to sleep. Logan is an african but had his citizen in Perth. and we were discussing how we could stay there one day in the near future. well this is me and brans plan. and i hope it would work out. the family are nice people, the mum's cooking is good. some african food i never try before. although they were having vegetarian that day. noodles with some african snacks makes the cold night warm.

i was playing ds with the daughter and bran was playing the guitar and chatting with the adults. Logan even invited us to go fishing in the weekend. and i was so enthu about it, until that day. grrr.. i have never fish a salmon or crab before!! but the thought of it its just a thought...

thoughts: the night was cold, the road was dark.. and i wasnt wearing warm enough. but it was the peace that makes me love perth like i love orlando. its family and home, its the home cook dinner and the dogs rubbing against your leg that keeps the night warm.. i love here

DAY 2

the aunt brought us to No Birds to collect our rented car. so its recommended to get it from no birds then hertz if ur in oz. cos the GPS is cheap and the rental is cheap as well..

our journey down south was fill with tinny arguments and views.. lovely scenic views- the sun, greenish brown grass, autumn trees, blue sky, stretch of sleeping grape trees and clear sea water. 2 hours drive down to Bunbury-an expensive town just right beside the sea- south of Perth. after checking in to the motel with 5 beds!! duh! we head down to their beautiful town and the sea side. i like the lighthouse. checkards of black and white.

lovely coast

our rented car and motel

tats dearest and me in the very beautiful beach at Bunbury

me wearing like 4 thin layers of clothes. its very cold..

winter trees.

thats me in their town. kinda quiet though.. must be going home time..

their bus station. its pretty there. very old school with benches

walked around abit and found coles. and coles means dinner and breakfast

carrying dinner at breakfast at 6pm. shops are all close at 5pm. and the street is almost quiet.

our first dinner out. and the chicken is yummy. and its only au$5 +. if u wn good price for ur chicken, u got to wait till like 6plus and some cooked food will be slashed up to 50%.
and we had some raw vege which is really tasty and fresh. i think i will get fat staying there...
