Today is 'merry mooncake' day (thats how dear wishes me), and also my cousin's bdae. i promise her im gonna treat her steamboat soon..hopefully, nxt week. i celebrated my merry day at ue square with my family members... the commitee organise this festival every year. the residents are suppose to cook something for the buffet held downstairs.kinda like a porkluck thing. and the kids are suppose to wear costumes where finally the commitee will chose the small missy n mr UE square of the year. Due to the many japanese family staying around there, most of the girls wore kimono. i like this particular japanese boy who wore this very cute japanese fish monger costume. and u carefully check the pants out, theres actualli a hole in between, guess its for easy accessing to the toilet. i tot he will win.. but he didn... my cousin wore a normal chinese qipao with a mongolian kinda hair band. we all think that she wont win this year but guess wad? those judges actually chose my cousin to be the winner, 2nd time winner somemore..last year she wore the korean costume which everyone expected she will be first.
it was an eventful day,having my family around.. mooncakes and lotsa foodafter the event, we went to our own gathering at the poolside. the adults were talking bout their china trip soon.. and my cousins and were playing aeroplane.. er.. this boardgame (the winning prize for the costume), with four colours, 4 players.. n u have to throw the dice.. then, ya,then mus rch the centre first.. thats the game..
